use a general model in my project

hi I'm writing a project CRM and want it to write the project with full Ajax with all Partial View The pop-up are loaded on the first page
But I problem in loaded it on main page.
such as use of list customers In Partial View .
Is it not better with use a general model that contains customers, Case and activities
Please help me?

Solution 1

You can use any model you like, but the throwing around of buzzwords will not save your project. Your questions makes no sense whatsoever.

I dont know what your question exactly means, but you can use a 'general' model with refereces to Customer, Case or Activities in it. In OOPS this is know as an Association.
