problem loading solutions on visual studio 2010

I having a problem of loading projects that i downloaded online in my visual studio. it complains that one of the output windows was not found, but when i try loading the same program on others system, it loads perfectly.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled my visual studio and still no progress, what can be done.

Solution 1

How exactly did you down load it on both machines?

What is the exact error message?

Did you try downloading it a second time on the problem machine?

What format was the down load in - a zip file? If yes how did you decompress it?

I basically loaded it the same way I load all solutions - by clicking on the solution itself.
The error message was that one or more project in the solution was not loaded correctly.
I downloaded the solutions more than once and the same error only occurs if the solution is a "windows phone application" solution.
the solutions are in zip files and i extracted them into folders normally.
