Advertising mobile application

Dear sir hello , i'm mohamed from Egypt, i'm searching for an apps that can let the customer when he download it , to receive images on his mobile phone when he receive a call or message , so i can advert through this app to any brand.

Note: This apps i already saw it with someone here in Egypt week ago , he brought it from Malaysia , & he connected to a server outside the country.

This apps allow him to let the customers when they download it to receive any images from advert , when they receive any call or messages.

I heard about your site from the search engine of yahoo.

This question is certainly in the wrong place as it is not asking for help to write/fix software in C++.
You can search for articles on the Code Project web site that might help you implement such software or post a general message in the Lounge to see if anyone knows the name or source of an existing Malaysian product. I would not expect a very positive response to a request to help increase the ammount of unsolicited advertising people recieve. In some countries with users on this site such an app may not even be legal.
