hello friends,

I'm a student making on project related OCR so can u help me any one...
in my project, i want to do that if draw any character like 'A' (here when draw 'A', shap is doent matter) and then application will recognize that character and return result means its a character 'A'.
so any body have that type of application....???? just for i want to reffer.
plllzz reply me vry sooon...

I don't get the idea of 'students' who think they can choose a random topic, get given source code to 'reffer', and then call that their project.

OCR is a complex task. I have an image processing book that talks in depth about how to do it, so those books exist. I expect the library you'd write at the end of such a book to be a baseline example, which would work reasonably well with text printed from a computer ( that is, uniform ). However, people like Atalasoft sell OCR libraries for $10k+, which tells me there's no free examples out there for you to look at, and that it's still a relatively complex task, not something you could learn to do on the fly by reading some source code, even if you had it.
