how to use web API to access data frome the database

I want to access data from Medgle.com i have an API for it but i dnt know how use that API in my windows app this is the medgle API= http://www.medgle.com/xml.jsp?task=getinfo&q=fever[^]
can anyone tell me how to use this in my app?
