Any web application can be run as a "desktop application".

It depends how you have written your website. You can't just "convert" it, it will need to be rewritten with all new presentation code, but you can still use the business\data access code if you have used a layered, or single-responsibility approach.

If you're looking for something that it going to just turn your website into a desktop app then that doesn't exist.
